Data Retention & Deletion

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

To delete your account, visit our Account Deletion page. All data including your profile, characters, deliveries, posts, and comments will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

Parcel Transferred is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
